1. Who is responsible for your information?
Book My Gutters is a trading name of TFS NW LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 14072620. TFS NW Ltd is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Customer enquiries and booking communications may be managed by the Pure Clean team operating on behalf of TFS NW Ltd.
2. Information we collect
- Name, telephone number, email address and property address.
- Postcode, selected address and service-area validation result.
- Property type, access information, service choices, photographs and notes supplied by you.
- Quote, booking, appointment, payment status and booking-reference information.
- Communication preferences, including text updates or an unfinished-quote reminder.
- Messages, complaints, cancellations, call notes and other communications.
- Technical information supplied by the host, such as IP address, browser, device and security logs.
- Information stored on your device to save an unfinished quote or continue a booking.
When live card payments are enabled, card details will be entered directly into the payment provider’s secure checkout. We will receive payment status and references, not full card numbers.

- To calculate prices and check service-area coverage.

- To process or record payments and provide confirmations.
- To contact customers and arrange appointment dates.
- To send requested booking updates and reminders.

- Contract: to quote, book, take payment and provide the service.

- Consent: for optional text updates or an unfinished-quote reminder. Consent can be withdrawn.
5. Who we may share information with

- Booking, payment, invoice and contract records: normally up to six years after completion or cancellation.
- Enquiries that do not become bookings: normally up to 24 months.
- Routine communications: normally up to 24 months, or longer where part of a booking, complaint or legal record.
- Unfinished quotes saved in browser storage: normally up to seven days, until discarded, or until completed.
- Longer retention may apply where required for a complaint, legal claim, fraud prevention or law.
7. International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we will use providers and safeguards intended to protect the information under applicable UK law.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service is completely risk-free, so customers should not put unnecessary sensitive information into free-text forms.
